Pots from the Selection line of the Ambition brand are designed to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Made of stainless steel of the highest quality 18/10 (AISI 304). This type of steel does not interact with food, even with acidic products. It is resistant to the action of concentrated acids and bases and to high temperatures. The sides of the containers are 0.7 mm thick, which allows them to keep the food warm longer. Selection pans have a three-layer bottom (steel – aluminum – steel) with a thickness of 4.2 mm. This allows the heat accumulated during heating to be evenly distributed throughout it. The multi-layered bottom allows the temperature to be maintained longer after cooking. There is a capacity indicator on the inside of the pots that helps in measuring the correct amount of liquid. Selection pans are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction ones. They are also oven safe up to 180oC, so they are perfect not only for cooking but also for baking. The covers are made of tempered glass. They have silicone pads between the cover glass and the handle. They protect the lid handles from heating.
