The GRAND collection is a new version of pans with a ceramic coating. The body of the pan is made of forged aluminum, resistant to deformation. Moreover, forged aluminum heats up evenly and perfectly accumulates heat. The bowl has a thick induction bottom, suitable for all types of stoves, and an ergonomic handle coated with Soft Touch material. The inside of the pan is coated with the original Swiss ILAG non-stick ceramic coating Xeradur 2. Based on Xerogel technology, made of natural minerals, free of PFAS and PTFE, as well as PFOA, cadmium and lead, therefore it is more environmentally friendly and safer for health. The perfectly smooth surface provides excellent non-stick properties and facilitates cleaning.
