The knife sharpener will quickly and perfectly sharpen our kitchen knives. Its use is very simple. Multipurpose sharpener with 3 sharpening stations: 1. Fine – position with high gradation, for smoothing the surface of the knife after initial sharpening. 2. Coarse – coarse sharpening station, intended only for sharpening very blunt knives. 3. Ceramics – station for fine sharpening, intended for regular sharpening. The sharpener is intended for sharpening steel knives and knives with a non-stick coating. It is not intended for sharpening ceramic knives.
